Meet Dan Ritter
Dan transitioned to real estate after nearly a decade in management, wholesale, and training within the specialty tea industry, finding his calling during the purchase of his own home. He now leads the Best Philly Homes team, collaborating with buyers, sellers, and investors while fostering a spirit of cooperation among his agents and partners, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
Dan's achievements include recognition such as the 2021 Spirit Award from Keller Williams Philadelphia, acknowledgment in Top Agent Magazine, and being honored as a top producer by the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. Beyond real estate, Dan and his husband, Byron, loves traveling, cooking, and gardening, while also embracing their roles as cat-dads and honorary uncles, indulging in hobbies like singing, baking, and appreciating fine teas.
